The compact box built for weight, not volume — the one we point every tight Panama City driveway, quick cleanout and roofing tear-off toward first.

Specifications
14 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 3.5 ft high
10 cubic yards — holds about 50–70 bags
1–2 tons included in the flat rate
About 18 ft long × 10 ft wide, plus door swing
Flat-rate pricing across the lineup is based on the size you choose, the materials and the rental duration — delivery, pickup and disposal are all rolled into that one number, no hidden fees. Debris needs to stay below the container's top rail on every size so our driver can haul it safely, and that holds whether it lands on your driveway or, on the rare job that needs the street instead, wherever the local permit rules allow.
Is this the one?
The 10 yard carries the smallest number on our lineup, but it does real work: room for roughly 50 to 70 standard trash bags of dense material in a container short enough to sit square on some of Panama City's tightest lots — plenty of the older streets around the historic St. Andrews neighborhood included, where narrow driveways and close-set houses leave little room to spare for a bigger box. Hazardous materials are never allowed in any size roll-off, this one included — hazardous liquids, chemicals, fuels, batteries and refrigerants all need a certified disposal program instead, not a container headed out with the rest of the load.
At 14 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 3.5 ft high with a 1–2 ton weight allowance, it's built for dense debris rather than bulk — a small roofing shingle tear-off on a single-layer roof, an old fixture or two, or a yard's worth of trimmings from a property anywhere across Bay County. The low side walls make it the easiest container on the lot to hand-load, and its short footprint fits comfortably on a standard Panama City driveway without crowding the garage. Almost every 10 yard we set across Panama City sits entirely on private property. On the rare job that genuinely needs the public street instead, a local right-of-way permit is typically required, handled through the City of Panama City Building/Public Works Department or Bay County Building Services — call us and we'll help you sort out what your specific address needs before the truck ever leaves the yard.
Straight advice: If the pile is dense — shingles, old fixtures, a little masonry — this is usually the right container no matter how small the job feels. Keep debris below the top rail and you're set; a bigger box doesn't help with heavy material, it just costs more to move around the yard.
Compare
Same flat-rate pricing model across all five. The real question is which weight allowance and bag capacity matches your materials — dense debris, roofing, a remodel or a construction phase.

A small cleanout, a single-layer roofing shingle tear-off, yard trimmings, or general debris from a smaller property. It holds roughly 50 to 70 standard trash bags of debris and a 1–2 ton weight allowance — it's the shortest container we run, which is exactly why it sits square on tighter, older driveways without crowding the street.
In most cases, no. Almost every 10 yard we deliver sits entirely on the customer's own driveway or private property, where a permit question doesn't come up. If the container genuinely has to sit in the public street instead, a right-of-way permit is typically required — check with the City of Panama City Building/Public Works Department or Bay County Building Services, and call us and we're glad to help you sort out what your address needs.
Hazardous liquids, chemicals, fuels, batteries, and refrigerants are not permitted in any size roll-off, this one included. Those need a certified disposal program instead — Bay County's Steelfield Road Landfill accepts household hazardous waste in its own separate area, and we're glad to help point you toward it if you're not sure where an item belongs.
