Learn more20 yard roll-off
The workhorse — real capacity for a medium remodel or a roofing job, and the size most Panama City homeowners land on.

Specifications
22 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 4.5 ft high
20 cubic yards — holds about 110–130 bags
3–4 tons included in the flat rate
About 25 ft long × 10 ft wide, plus door swing
Flat-rate pricing across the lineup is based on the size you choose, the materials and the rental duration — delivery, pickup and disposal are all rolled into that one number, no hidden fees. Debris needs to stay below the container's top rail on every size so our driver can haul it safely, and that holds whether it lands on your driveway or, on the rare job that needs the street instead, wherever the local permit rules allow.
Is this the one?
If we could keep only one container size, this would be it. At 22 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 4.5 ft high it carries a 3–4 ton allowance and holds roughly 110 to 130 bags — enough for a genuine medium remodel, a roofing job or light construction, while still fitting a normal single-family driveway across Panama City and the rest of Bay County. This is also the size we point people toward for storm-debris cleanup. Hurricane Michael made a Category 5 landfall near Mexico Beach and Tyndall Air Force Base on October 10, 2018 — the most powerful hurricane on record to strike the Florida Panhandle, responsible for more than a dozen direct deaths and dozens more indirect fatalities, and an estimated $25 billion in total U.S. damage, per NOAA's official reporting. Years later, storm-surge cleanup and water-damaged item removal are exactly the kind of job a 20 yard's weight allowance is built to handle when a serious storm event hits.
It's also the right call on plenty of jobs people first think need a 30. General remodel debris — drywall, flooring, siding, cabinets — will usually fill a 20's weight allowance before it fills a 30's volume. Concrete, dirt, brick and heavier masonry are better routed to a 10 for that portion of the job — mixing dense material into a full 20 yard load is the fastest way to run over the included weight, and everything still needs to stay below the top rail. Any ground-disturbing work near a job site — a driveway apron, a fence post, in-ground work of any kind, not the dumpster placement itself — requires a call to Sunshine State One-Call of Florida ('Sunshine 811') first, the real, state-mandated one-call utility-locate service covering all of Florida including Panama City and Bay County.
Straight advice: The one to default to when you're genuinely unsure. It's rarely the wrong answer for a remodel, a roof or a storm-debris haul — just route concrete, dirt, brick and masonry to a 10 instead, and keep everything below the top rail.
Compare
Same flat-rate pricing model across all five. The real question is which weight allowance and bag capacity matches your materials — dense debris, roofing, a remodel or a construction phase.

A medium remodel with drywall, flooring and general debris, a roofing job, or light construction debris. It holds roughly 110 to 130 bags of material and a 3–4 ton weight allowance — the size most Panama City jobs land on when the project is bigger than a single room but not a full whole-home gut.
Often, yes. Hurricane Michael's Category 5 landfall near Mexico Beach and Tyndall Air Force Base on October 10, 2018 remains the defining storm for this region, and hurricane season (June through November, with the statistical peak from mid-August through mid-October) still brings storm-surge and water-damaged item removal jobs that a 20 yard's weight allowance is well suited to handle.
If the job involves any ground-disturbing work near the dumpster — a driveway apron, a fence post, or any in-ground work, not just placing the container itself — call Sunshine State One-Call of Florida ('Sunshine 811') first, dial 811 or 1-800-432-4770. It's the real, state-mandated one-call utility-locate service for all of Florida including Bay County, and calling a utility company directly does not satisfy the legal requirement.
