Learn more40 yard roll-off
Our largest container, built for large builds and commercial or industrial jobs — a specialist size for the biggest sites across Bay County, not a typical residential driveway.

Specifications
22 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 8 ft high
40 cubic yards — holds about 230–250 bags
5–6 tons included in the flat rate
About 25 ft long × 10 ft wide, plus door swing
Flat-rate pricing across the lineup is based on the size you choose, the materials and the rental duration — delivery, pickup and disposal are all rolled into that one number, no hidden fees. Debris needs to stay below the container's top rail on every size so our driver can haul it safely, and that holds whether it lands on your driveway or, on the rare job that needs the street instead, wherever the local permit rules allow.
Is this the one?
The 40 yard exists for one situation: a large quantity of light-to-mixed construction, demolition or commercial debris with somewhere open and level to put the box — a 5–6 ton allowance and room for roughly 230 to 250 bags' worth of material, the biggest container we run. Bay County's post-Hurricane Michael building boom, the ongoing multi-year rebuild at Tyndall Air Force Base, and general commercial and industrial construction across the county keep active job sites of this scale coming through our yard on a regular basis. Active worksites at that size typically need to confirm placement rules directly with the City of Panama City Building/Public Works Department or Bay County Building Services if the container has to sit off private property — we help sort out what applies before we ever roll a truck.
It's rarely the right call for a standard residential lot. At 22 ft long × 7.5 ft wide, the footprint matches the 30, but the walls stand taller at 8 ft, which makes hand-loading over the rail genuinely hard work — and concrete, dirt, brick and masonry still stay off this size entirely, routed instead to a 10 yard. Getting a 40 yard to a job site anywhere around St. Andrew Bay means routing over one of the bay's three bridges — the Hathaway Bridge (US-98), the primary link out to Panama City Beach, plus the Bailey Bridge and Dupont Bridge — and we plan the route and the delivery window around that before the truck rolls. If your site is tight or the debris runs dense, a 30 delivered twice, or a 30 paired with a 10, is very often the faster, more practical plan. Tell us the job when you call and we'll size it honestly rather than default you to the biggest box on the list.
Straight advice: Only take a 40 if the material is genuinely light-to-mixed and the site is open, level and reachable. Concrete, dirt, brick and masonry never go in a 40 — call for a 10 alongside it instead, and keep everything below the top rail for our driver to haul safely.

Same flat-rate pricing model across all five. The real question is which weight allowance and bag capacity matches your materials — dense debris, roofing, a remodel or a construction phase.

Rarely. It suits large commercial and industrial sites far better than a typical residential lot — the tall 8 ft walls make hand-loading genuinely hard work, and dense material like concrete or masonry never belongs in a 40. For most homes, a 30 — or a 30 delivered twice — is the more practical call.
If the container sits entirely on private property tied to an active job site, placement itself usually doesn't raise a permit question. If it needs to sit in a public street or right-of-way instead, check with the City of Panama City Building/Public Works Department or Bay County Building Services — permit requirements, fees and durations for that kind of placement aren't standardized publicly, so we always confirm the specifics for your address before the truck rolls.
